ACS requires that full payment accompany each internet, phone, fax or mail order. We accept cashier's checks and business checks payable in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. bank. Personal checks payable in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. bank are also accepted, but if the personal check is not certified, the order may be held until the check clears. Other payment options available are U.S. money order, wire transfer, MasterCard, VISA American Express, and C.O.D. within the United States.
ACS will extend credit to qualified companies. You will find a credit application on our website or you may call us at (941) 377-5775 and we will be delighted to fax or mail you one. After returning the application to us, please allow a reasonable amount of time for us to complete the approval process.
We have no minimum amount that a customer must order. However, orders under $25.00 are subject to a $5.00 service charge.
Florida customers requesting a sales tax exemption must provide us with a resale card for our files. Otherwise the 7% sales tax will be charged on all orders delivered in Florida.
All foreign orders must be paid in U.S. funds, drawn on U.S. institutions and as outlined above, or paid by credit card. FOB point is Sarasota, Florida. ACS charges $5.00 per order as an additional handling charge and maintains a strict adherence to that which is set out in the Export Administration Regulations. Please check your country's import, duty or other taxes or tariffs as the customer is responsible for all such charges.
All orders of in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order. You will be notified immediately if any items are backordered. The normal method of delivery is via UPS Ground. FOB point is Sarasota, Florida. Please allow sufficient time for delivery. Rush orders can be sent via UPS Air, Federal Express or your choice of shipper, but you will be charged for the additional costs.

If items are damaged in transit, please contact an ACS customer service representative at (941) 377-5775 immediately so that we can notify the carrier of a claim. Please do not remove the items from their packaging and be sure to save the carton as well as all other packing materials in their original condition.

Those items which are not immediately available for shipment will be placed on backorder for up to 30 days without any further action on your part and will be shipped to you as they become available during this time period. If, after 30 days, ACS can not deliver the backordered items, we will send you a cancellation notice and issue a refund check or credit your account. If you wish to maintain the backordered status, you may, in writing transmitting via fax or mail, direct ACS to do so and return the original cancellation notice along with our refund check.
All returns must be pre-authorized by ACS and a return authorization issued. Please call (941) 377-5775 and ask to speak to a customer service representative to obtain the authorization. Packages sent to ACS without an RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the package will be refused. The shipping charges for returns must be prepaid. ACS will not accept C.O.D. or freight-collect packages. Returns not due to our error are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned in the original packing, with all items, documentation and accessories in re-salable condition. Items proving to be defective within 90 days of sale need not be returned in original packing. Please include a copy of the original invoice.
If your check is returned for any reason and cannot be redeposited, you agree to pay ACS a minimum of $200.00 as a service fee as well as all other costs of collection. Please be advised that ACS will most vigorously pursue its rights under the law to collect that which is due plus service charges, costs, fines, penalties and attorney's fees.

Some of our products require the use of high voltage. Therefore, please observe all proper safety precautions when using these and all other such products. ACS shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage and or patent infringements resulting from the use and or operation of any ACS developed product. ACS products should not be used in or for life saving/supporting devices!
ACS warrants that the specified product shall function in accordance with the features of the design for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any ACS product which has been subjected to any abuse, misuse, accident, act of God, alteration or modification not authorized by ACS in writing. ACS offers no other warranty, either expressed or implied and specifically denies all other warranties, including any warranty for merchantability or fitness. ACS’s sole obligation upon the discovery of any error in the specified product or breach of the warranty in this paragraph shall be to replace or repair the specified product or to correct the design of the specified product. Under no circumstances shall ACS, its owners, officers, employees or agents be held liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or other damages (including lost profits, fees or revenues). Any purchase of our products or use of our services constitutes your complete agreement and binds you and your company to all the terms, policies, conditions and prices as is herein described.
PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED OR SOLD BY ACS ARE NOT TO BE USED AS A CRITICAL COMPONENT IN ANY LIFE SUPPORT SYSTEM OR DEVICE.
