What's the difference between the CFSound-II+ and III ?

The CFSound-III is an upgrade of the CFSound-II+ with the following differences:

  1. Improved audio quality. The CFSound-III only supports 44.1KHz 16-bit stereo or mono .WAV files.
  2. Balanced speaker outputs. The CFSound-III requires two wires per speaker without a common ground.
  3. Built-in BASIC interpreter. The CFSound-III defaults to CFSound style operation, but may also be programmed in BASIC to operate exactly as required.
  4. Digital volume controls. The CFSound-III has UP/DOWN pushbutton volume controls that may be remoted.
