What is your return policy ?
All returns must be pre-authorized by ACS and a return authorization issued. Please call (941)377-5775 and ask to speak to a customer service representative to obtain the return material authorization (RMA number). Packages sent to ACS without an RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the package will be refused. The shipping charges for returns must be prepaid. ACS will not accept C.O.D. or freight-collect packages. Returns not due to our error are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned in the original packing, with all items, documentation and accessories in 'like new' condition so that they may be resold. Items proving to be defective within 90 days of sale need not be returned in original packing. Please include a copy of the original invoice.
